How can I turn off the option for registered customers?

You can turn off the option for registered customers by doing the following:
  1. Login,
  2. go to "Cart Settings",
  3. click on "Shipping Options",
  4. click on "Customize Shipping/Billing Page".
  5. Turn off the Customer Login Option.
  6. Save.
